I had an outstanding experience thanks to Joel at McCoy Federal Credit Union. I arrived close to closing time, and Joel was upfront ready to help me. But wow! He worked quickly and efficiently to open my savings account, explaining everything clearly. Even after the doors were locked at 5, Joel went above and beyond, staying late, making sure I was set up with everything, including a safety deposit box. I never felt rushed, just taken care of.
