I had never visited a credit union before; I always used regular, "impersonal" banks. McCoy Federal Credit Union at Michigan St. changed my perception. There I found a people-oriented staff.
A staff that helps you solve a problem, explains the different options, and helps you select the best one.

Today my husband and I went to McCoy Federal in Osceola to open a savings account, and the experience was excellent. Ivan, who assisted us at the front, was extremely kind and took the time to explain all of our questions with great patience and clarity.
We also want to highlight Ms. Claudia, who was very charismatic and professional, guiding us step by step through the entire process. Truly, the service here is on another level.
At McCoy Federal we don’t feel like just clients, we feel like family. Thank you so much for your help and outstanding service.

It’s so frustrating to keep acquiring new debit cards! Dynasty was very understanding regarding my situation! She’s definitely an asset to McCoy!

I had a car repair issue that was costly. I went to McCoy Federal Credit to get the funds for the repair. I have not borrowed money in quite some time. Judy at the Ocoee Branch was awesome. She was personel as she remained professional. She had a great interest in my car repairs, and she made me feel a little better about taking the loan. And the Loan Agent, Im sure was convinced by Judy to release the extra funds I needed. Thank you Judy for the extra mile you took on my loan. God bless you always.

Sylvia was outstanding processing my loan application. She is so detailed as well patient with customers. I have a Freeze on my credit report and she waited patiently for me to contact the Credit Bureau and temporarily unfreeze it. Once the loan application went through she told me with a very warm smile that the Loan Officer wanted to speak with me. I was approved! Thank you McCoy for such efficient employees they handled my loan application with the most secured and effective process.
