I opened a new checking account at McCoy in Apopka. The manager was very informitive about all the services associated with the account. Answered all my questions. It eas a pleasant experience.

Due to a banking hack I went into the Apopka Branch and sat down with Claude Mendes. He was there to help with closing old account and opening a new one. He was fantastic and helped me all the thru. Even though I was in town and my husband was in WV he walked us both thru the whole procedure gave us info and tips. He made the procedure seamless even though it took a couple hours. He was personable and helpful. Both my husband and I were extremely grateful for everything he did. He is definitely 5 stars in our book.

Adding to this post - I again needed to visit the apopka branch. I was creating savings accounts for my great grand babies. Claude Mendes again sat with me helped me thru the process and gave me additional information for the future of these accounts. Claude is by far the best person to deal with at McCoy and when I do go back later this year he will be the only person that I will deal with. Once again 5 stars for customer service. Thank you Claude.

Went to get info on how to get in to the bank app and sara was very very helpful to me actually she gave a lot of info on how to use my new account thank you

I have ben with McCoy bank since the first bank on McCoy Rd. In over 25-30 years I have never had any problems with 2 accounts. Friendly and helpful. Known the same manager for some 30 years.

I wanted to take a moment to compliment the branch manager of the Curry Ford location, Mrs. Sara Quiroscabrera. I have been a loyal customer of McCoy Federal Credit Union for years and Sara has been there for to support me and my family when we need help with account matters, credit cards or general bank questions. She is always very responsive to my concerns and matters are tended to extremely quickly. Sara makes me feel like a VIP member every time I reach out to her. Thank you, Sara, for always being there for our family’s banking needs. It’s truly appreciated.

I had an issue with a check I deposited today, and the ladies working at the Hamlin location this afternoon, researched and resolved the issue for me. They listened to my concern with patience, and I am grateful for their prompt resolution.

Melania was very polite and helped me secure a loan. Kind and compassionate.

I had came in to get my account reviewed and Ms.Rikeisha was very helpful in doing that because I was getting charged fees that I didn’t understand. She sat me down and explained it to where I was able to comprehend what was being said. Very much recommend this bank and also Ms.Rikeisha was so nice and sweet.

Today I was reminded why I have banked with McCoy FCU for almost 25 years. I called and spoke with Charlotte, at the LB McLeod branch. Her Customer Service skills were above reproach. She took her time to both identify the issue and then to resolve it. She is to be commended and recognized as a great asset. In my estimation she would make a excellent coach for the newer customer service representatives.

I have interact with Kayla and she was wonderful. She was very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions promptly. She ia a pleasure to speak with.

I found that the Lske Nona branch has been most helpful in opening an account.Israel Diaz was very polite and knowledgeable and had our account entered and establish in a very short time. The lobby was clean and plenty of account literature to help understand all the benefits of the credit union. When I called to ask a follow-up question I was give the information I needed and was happy with the response..

Love everyone at the Michigan Street branch. Everyone there is friendly and willing to help no matter how many times I screw up with any on line stuff. I’ve moved out of Orlando but can’t bring myself to completely break away and still keep an account going for about 30 plus years now. I’m all for investing in local credit unions that help their local community! To heck with the big banks and their big fees!
And a special “shout out” to Syria Odom for all her help ( and patience) all through the years.

While visiting the Ocoee branch of the McCoy FCU on 12-30-24, I sought the assistance of a member svc's rep to help me rectify a matter regarding my account. I was greeted by the branch manager (Mrs. Kristina Smith) who offered to assist me. Although, she did make me aware that it was a little after 3 pm and she had not taken a lunch break as of yet. Considering the circumstances at hand, Mrs. Smith welcomed me into her office and gladly facilitated several calls to find a satisfying solution to the reason why I stopped by the bank.
Again, considering the circumstances, I observed that Mrs. Smith displayed a very positive and very pleasant demeanor the entire time that I sat in her office while she assisted me. Because of her very sincere display of member service, I wasn't hesitant to render Mrs. Smith an expression of kudos prior to leaving the bank that day and I informed her that I would certainly render her a "well deserved" positive review on the McCoy FCU website.
