Each Christmas, McCoy Federal Credit Union team members participate in the Lancaster Christmas Program - a tradition that began in 2003. Team member donations and partner support help fund gifts for students in need at Lancaster Elementary School.
For the 2025 holiday season, the McCoy team was able to fulfill the school's entire wish list. Their efforts ensured that 121 Lancaster Elementary School children received gifts under the tree and a stocking full of goodies. That is nearly double the number of children that have been supported through this program in previous years.
Each child received two outfits, pajamas, a jacket, underwear, socks, three to four toys, and a stocking. Between Thanksgiving and mid-December, the Operations team shopped for gifts and turned a branch meeting space into Santa's Workshop. Team members across departments gathered to organize and wrap gifts in the weeks leading up to delivery.
It's a privilege to participate with Lancaster as a Partner in Education. McCoy looks forward to the next holiday season.
